Sangria de Ginja


- 1 bottle of Lambrusco rosé wine / or rosé sparkling wine;⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 150g red berries;⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 80ml of Ginja Liqueur by Chocolicor;⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar;⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 2 cinnamon sticks;⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 300ml lemon soda;⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Fresh mint to taste;⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Ice;
- Place the red fruits in the jug, half the soda, the sugar, the liqueur, and stir everything together until the sugar is completely dissolved.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Stir everything well again, and leave to stand in the refrigerator for five minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Then add the cinnamon sticks, Lambrusco rosé wine (very fresh), the remaining soda, the mint and the ice cube.
