French Toast with Panettone Liqueur
Ingredients:
- 500gr. panettone ;
- 400ml of milk;
– 1 orange peel ;
– 1 cinnamon stick ;
- 4 eggs;
- 500gr. of leftover Panettone;
- Sugar and cinnamon, qb ;
- Frying oil.
Preparation:
- Pour the milk, orange peel and cinnamon stick into a container and heat until it boils.
- Beat the eggs on a plate.
- Dip the panettone first in flavored milk, then the eggs, sugar and finally add it to the frying pan.
Accompany with Panettone Liqueur.
