Red Velvet Cake
Ingredients (Cake):
- 250gr. of Greek Yogurt (I used Sugared) ;
- 100ml of Oil ;
- 2 M Eggs ;
- 300g of Sugar ;
- 300g of Unleavened Wheat Flour;
- 1 🥄 of Vinegar Soup or Lemon Juice;
- 1 🥄 of Vanilla Aroma Tea;
- 1 🥄 of Cocoa Soup;
- 1 🥄 of Yeast Soup;
- 1 🥄 of Sodium Bicarbonate Tea;
- 1 1/2 🥄 of Red Liquid Dye.
Ingredients (Glacé):
Preparation:
- 22cm pan, properly greased.
- Preheated oven to 180° for about 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
- For the icing, simply beat all the ingredients for around 2 to 3 minutes at maximum speed on an electric mixer and place in the fridge while the cake is in the oven.
