Bolo de Laranja, Azeite e Licor de Canela

Orange, Olive Oil and Cinnamon Liqueur Cake

Ingredients (for 15cm cake):

- 50ml of Olive Oil;
- 1 Class M Egg;
- 75g of Yellow Sugar;
- 100g of Wheat Flour with Yeast;
- Zest of 1/2 Orange;
- 15ml of Cinnamon Liqueur .

Preparation:

- Add the olive oil, egg, brown sugar, wheat flour, zest and liqueur.
- Mix everything until you get a uniform dough;
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees, for around 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
