Chocolate Delight, Royal Cake and Convent Lidadores were the cakes that were tasted at the opening of Choco Délice last Friday.

Coffee, regular or flavored cappuccino and even hot chocolate can accompany the artisanal sweets.

ChocoDélice was a venture by the managers of the company Chocolicor – Ginja Caldas de Óbidos, located in the industrial area, at Rua António Oliveira nº17, where it produces a wide range of liqueurs that has been growing year after year and which has now opened its third store. The company, which is exclusively dedicated to the production of liqueurs, using an artisanal process and only natural ingredients, opened its first store in Almada, followed by the “Casa da Ginja” next to the Park, in Caldas. The third space at Rua Heróis da Grande Guerra nº92 was created with the aim of being closer to customers in the heart of the city. With the opening of this new store, the center of Caldas now has more to offer for visitors.

Sweets with or without sugar, conventual and regional sweets, jams, marmalades, sugar-free biscuits, dried and dehydrated fruits by the kilo, gummies, among other delicacies, can be found in this new welcoming space.

The liqueurs are the main attraction, given that the main house is a liqueur producer. Ginja, Pennyroyal Liqueur with Mint, Místiko, Blackberry, Chocolate with Piri-piri, Ginja with fruit, among others, can be purchased here. Those who want to try the ginja can do so in chocolate or plastic cups or in clay cups.

With this opening, two new jobs were created.
