After bottle up Berlin balls, the family company Chocolicor has prepared a new (and unusual) limited edition. They go from a drink made especially for summer to another that could very well be synonymous with Christmas: an artisan panettone liqueur.
As well as eating a slice of this traditional Christmas cake, you can accompany it with a glass of liqueur that makes it stand out. This Chocolicor creation was released on Wednesday, October 26th, but it won't be available forever, not even close.
As it is a limited and Christmas edition, it will only be on sale until the end of January 2023. During the next quarter, it can already be purchased on the website of this family business that produces liqueurs, based in Caldas da Rainha. A 500ml bottle costs €22.
To decorate the table next to cod and bolo rei or as a gift to place under the tree, this premium liqueur tastes and smells like panettone. Created during the Middle Ages in Italy, this vanilla-scented sweet bread is filled with dried fruit.
Bottled and with 16% alcohol content, you can serve the liqueur with toppings such as whipped cream, chocolate shavings and some dried fruit such as raisins. Once ordered, this creamy liqueur arrives in a fancy red box, therefore already packed and ready to serve as a gift.
