Ingredients:
- Chocolate Cake (about 600gr);- 30ml of Licor Dona Ginja ;
- 200gr to 250gr Sour Cherry Jam (or Cherry) ;
- 200gr Cherries or sour cherries in syrup;
- 200gr of Chocolate 48% Cocoa;
- 100gr of cream;
- Whipped cream qb
- Chocolate shavings qb
Preparation:
- Undo the chocolate cake.
- Bake at 120ºC for 20 minutes.
- Drizzle the cake with Licor de Dona Ginja and mix.
- In a glass add the ingredients in this order: cake with sour cherries, sour cherries or cherry compote, cherries or sour cherries, cake and ganache (melted chocolate and cream).
- Drizzle the cake with Licor de Dona Ginja and mix.
- In a glass add the ingredients in this order: cake with sour cherries, sour cherries or cherry compote, cherries or sour cherries, cake and ganache (melted chocolate and cream).
- Finally, add the whipped cream and decorate with cherries and chocolate shavings
