Ingredients:
- Apples (I used Granny Smith, but it could be something else)- Cinnamon Sticks;
- Sugar (I used brown sugar);
- Pecan nut (you can use another type of fruit);
- Softened butter;
- Liqueur Dona Ginja ;
Preparation:
- Cut superficially around the apple.
- Remove the pit, "cover" underneath with the butter, and then fill with the sugar and pecan mixture.
- Put the Cinnamon stick and fill it up a little more.
- Drizzle with Cherry Liqueur.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how cooked you want your apples.

- Put the Cinnamon stick and fill it up a little more.
