Bolo de Laranja, Azeite e Licor de Canela

Orange, Olive Oil and Cinnamon Liqueur Cake

Ingredients (for 15cm cake):

- 50ml of Olive Oil;
- 1 Egg class M;
- 75gr of Yellow Sugar;
- 100gr of Wheat Flour with Yeast;
- Zest of 1/2 Orange;
- 15mlCinnamon Liqueur .

Preparation:

- Add the olive oil, the egg, the brown sugar, the wheat flour, the zest and the liqueur.
- Mix everything until you get a uniform mass;
- Take to the oven at 180 degrees, for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
