Ingredients:
- 100gr of butter;
- 90gr of sugar;
- 40gr of brown sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 300gr unleavened flour;
- 1 teaspoon baking soda;
- 1 and a half tablespoon ofCinnamon Liqueur ;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder;
- 100gr of FRUUT Apple Snack;
- 1 hand full of chopped nuts;
- 100gr of chocolate tablet 70% cocoa.

Preparation:
- Start by preheating the oven to 180ºC and lining a tray with parchment paper .
- Beat the sugar with butter until you get a creamy and fluffy mixture .
- Add cinnamon and liqueur .
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

- Mix the coarsely chopped walnuts and the apple with this preparation . Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix well.
- Make two half-flattened logs on the tray and bake at 180ºC for about 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, cut into slices of about 1cm each and return to the oven at 130ºC, for more than 20 minutes or until they are golden and very dry.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Take the 100gr of chocolate in a tablet to the microwave, stirring from time to time so as not to burn.
- Place over the Cookies. Let the chocolate harden and serve with a refreshing milkshake or a smooth tea.
- Make two half-flattened logs on the tray and bake at 180ºC for about 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, cut into slices of about 1cm each and return to the oven at 130ºC, for more than 20 minutes or until they are golden and very dry.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Take the 100gr of chocolate in a tablet to the microwave, stirring from time to time so as not to burn.
- Place over the Cookies. Let the chocolate harden and serve with a refreshing milkshake or a smooth tea.
