Mini Chocolate Brownie with Salted Caramel

- 2 tablespoons sugar;
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 1 tablespoon oil;
- Chocolate chips to taste
- 1 pinch of ground salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon milk;
- 1 medium cup of tea;
- 1 M/L grade egg;
- Salted Caramel Premium Liqueur by Chocolicor.  

- Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa and salt, in the cup;
- Add the oil, milk and egg to the cup and mix everything together until you get a paste;
- Add the chocolate chips and stir again;
- Microwave the mixture for 1-2 minutes at maximum power. However, you'll have to pay attention to the microwave so that the brownie doesn't overcook;
- Finally, sprinkle your brownie with the caramel liqueur.
