Ingredients for the Salted Caramel - 50gr Milk/cream Caramels; - 15ml of Cream; - 1/2 teaspoon of Caramel Liqueur with Fleur de Sel Premium; - Fleur de Sel to taste;
Preparation: - Pre - heat the oven to 160°c; - Melt the chocolates with the butter in a bain-marie; - Add the sugar, eggs and liqueur and mix well; - Add the sieved cocoa and flour and stir with a spatula; - Place in a 22cm x 22cm tin and bake for around 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with no liquid. - For the salted caramel, melt the caramels with the cream and liqueur in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. - Serve with fleur de sel.
