Ingredients: - 180gr Primor Softened Butter; - 120g rice flour - 180g wheat flour without yeast - 2 eggs (class L) + 2 egg yolks - 225g white sugar (+ to decorate) - 1 teaspoon yeast - 120ml Milk - 1 cup of Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon Lemon zest - 1/2 teaspoon Nectonsa #MarcaMarnoto salt; - 1tsp of Arroz Doce Liqueur by Chocolicor.
Preparation: - Preheat the oven to 180°c; - In a bowl, mix the sugar well with the lemon zest; - Add the butter and beat until it forms a fluffy cream; - Add the eggs and the yolks one by one and beat well; - Add the milk, liquor, salt and cinnamon and mix again well; - Finally, add the sieved flours and yeast and stir everything together with the help of a spatula; - Place in a 12 muffin tin, leaving a finger of space to grow. And of course, put a little sugar on top; - Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. You can use rims, paper tins, whatever you like.
